Man Duties
– Planning and building development strategy of inbound sales tour (including FIT and GIT) monthly/quarterly/yearly, public holidays, Tet, summer, etc.
– Making the budget proposal and being responsible for implementation according to plan approved.
– Making survey, doing market analysis, and searching for new potential business partners/ customers.
– Developing suitable tour programs with competitive prices, and new tour products/ services.
– Closely collaborating with Marketing/ Inbound Operations Department in product building, development of brand, sales channels, customer services, advertising and promotion programs.
– Building and maintaining good relationships with major customer partners, travel service providers.
– Evaluating business results monthly/ quarterly/ yearly and making all relevant reports.
– Perform other related tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
– College/ Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Tourism Management or any related fields.
– At least 2 years of experience at the same role (prior to experience in B2B – Inbound Sales in Travel or Hotel industry).
– Prior to candidate who willing to learn and develop in assistant work.
– Strong skills of communication, negotiation, persuade, stakeholders management, etc.
– Fluent in English for both writing, reading and speaking.
– Good at MS Office (Word and Excel, Powerpoint).
– Be data-driven oriented and open mindset person.
– Ability to work independently, under high-pressure and keep positive mindset.
