Man Duties

– Loading dynamic and static hotels contract rates & allotment into BedLinker system.
– Training for hotels to use hotel extranet.
– Training for travel agents to use BedLinker system.
– Training for tour operator to use the tour extranet of BedLinker.
– Closing allotment as requested by hotels.
– Loading promotion rates.
– Handle the payment request for bookings.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management or any related fields;
– At least 2 years of working experience at the same position (prefer to travel, hotel, tourism industries);
– Having good knowledge about hotels, travel and tourism is a plus;
– Strong skills of communication, working organization, time management, stakeholder management, etc.
– Fluent English communication.
– Good computerized skills.
– Loving to work with technology systems and applications.
– Be data-driven oriented and open mindset person.
– Ability to work independently, under high-pressure and keep positive mindset.
